here’s how it goes.

1Send your idea.

Tell us what you need, how many and when. Attach your logo if you have it. Any file works; we’ll tell you if it needs cleanup.

2Get a quote.

We reply with pricing and a recommendation within 24 hours. Not sure which decoration method fits? We’ll suggest one.

3Approve the proof.

You’ll see exactly how it will look on the garment. Nothing is printed or stitched until you say it’s right.

4We make and ship it.

Everything is made in our shop in Ripley. Most orders ship 2–3 weeks after proof approval, to one address, each location or each employee.

Our shop is on I-77 in Ripley, West Virginia, between the East Coast and the Midwest. Most orders arrive by UPS ground in 1–2 days.

How long does an order take?

Most orders take 2–3 weeks from proof approval. Need it sooner? Rush orders are available for a $75 fee. Tell us your date and we'll let you know what's possible.

Will I see a proof before you print?

Always. Nothing is printed or stitched until you approve the proof.
